Location: Bruce Lodge care home

Hours:  39 hours

We are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a number of Deputy Managers at some of our Stockport based care homes.  All our Homes are individual and range from active recovery to dementia specialist and by joining us you will visit and understand each Home as well as sharing best practise with the entire team.

Responsibilities 

  • To ensure residents receive a service appropriate to their needs irrespective of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation or disability.
  • To ensure that medication is managed within the home in line with company procedure.
  • To be the responsible person for the facilitating of training of all staff. To ensure full compliance in all mandatory fields.
  • To be responsible for the dietary requirements of residents and the management of satellite kitchens within the home.
  • Must have good understanding of CQC standards and KLOE’s
  • Take responsibility for complying with Statutory and legal requirements.
