Acting Manager

Corrina Hill

Corrina joined Borough Care in 2020, providing dedicated support throughout the challenges of the Covid pandemic.

Over the past five years, she has progressed her career from Care Assistant to Senior, then Deputy Manager at Wellcroft, and in January 2026 stepped into the role of Interim Manager. Corrina is passionate about her work, having supported family members with dementia and recognises the privilege of caring for people in their later years. She is deeply committed to residents’ wellbeing, striving to ensure they experience a great day, every day.

Where to start – this is the most exceptional ‘home from home’. The environment is very welcoming, the staff are warm and helpful. The areas are kept spotlessly clean and it smells lovely too. It is obvious that all the staff have been ‘selected’ to provide a relaxed and comforting ambience to the residents and visitors. No matter what day or what time I have visited, my overall impression is, ‘this is somewhere you can entrust your loved ones to be ‘cared’ for to the highest standard.’.

My family have enjoyed visiting dad, we have always had a warm welcome as if we are part of a big family. All staff are always friendly and happy. We are pleased with dads overall care and he is very happy here. The facilities are all excellent couldn’t wish for more. All in all everything is excellent knowing dad is the best he can be and is happy at Wellcroft is what matters most to us.

She has been very happy here, staff are caring and considerate of her needs, and will always take time to listen to and act upon any family concerns. As her dementia has progressed, appropriate adjustments have been made to support her, and as a family we have been happy with the care she has received to date.
