Louise brings warmth, experience and dedication to her role as Home Manager at Meadway Court. With 24 years in the care sector, she began as a care assistant and worked her way up through senior care and deputy manager roles.

Louise is known for her friendly, approachable and honest nature, creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere for both residents and the care team. She is passionate about making every day at Meadway Court enjoyable and supportive, ensuring residents feel valued, cared for and truly at home.

This care home is absolutely amazing, the staff are superb- nothing is too much trouble and the care they provide is exceptional. They provide person centred care and treat all residents as individuals and talk to the residents with respect and dignity. They provide support to the families. My mum has dementia and can be challenging sometimes but they are always so lovely with her. I can highly recommend this facility

Dad recently moved into Meadway Court, and we visited for the first time this weekend. It was his birthday and the staff put on a splendid afternoon tea for us. Every member of staff we met on our visit was amazing – they have got to know Dad and they all care for him extremely well. Dad is blind and needs extra help with many things, nothing is too much trouble.
