We are thrilled that the lovely people at John Lewis in Cheadle chose Wellcroft’s Dementia Café as their local charity for their fundraising token system in their cafe.
At Borough Care we want it to feel like a real home for our residents; somewhere they can relax, feel safe and ultimately, belong. Our aim is to build a light and bright café in the grounds of Wellcroft. A welcoming space where residents can chat, sit with visitors and enjoy a cuppa. It’s a small change but something that will enrich the lives of our little community. But we need help to do it!
And that help has come in the form of John Lewis Cheadle. We popped over there last week to pick up a cheque for a whopping £1,000 and we were told that fundraising will continue until the end of April 2020. Thank you to everyone who has voted for our cafe so far!
